General Business

• Meeting called to order at 12:30
• Roll Call:
• Jim, Jamie, Ben, Jen, Diane, Jason and Chrissy were in attendance.
• Treasurer's Report
• The ships treasury has $168.00

Old Business

• Costume Progress
• No one reported costume progress this month.
• Recruiting
• No new members or prospective members this month.
• Ship Assignments
• Doyle was assigned to Chief Security Officer.
• Mari was assigned as Morale Officer.
• KAOW Panel
• Jim reported he has made some progress on the Klingon Art Of War panel presentation. He hopes to have it ready to present at Grand Comic Con in March.
• Grand Comic-Con Reminder
• March 27-29, 2020
• O-Con Expo
• There is still no information when or if there will be an O-Con Expo in 2020.
• Future Projects
• Jamie is checking into the Community Thanksgiving Dinner and will report when she hears from the organizers.
• Ship members are planning to bake pies to donate for the Community Thanksgiving Dinner.
• Jamie said she will call the Animal Shelter to arrange for ship personnel to volunteer.

New Business

• Future Project Ideas
• Diane suggested that we sponsor the showing of Star Trek films at the World Theater. Jason is checking on what that will entail.
• The annual Burnt, Replicated Bird Meat (Thanksgiving) is being planned.

• Diane suggested scheduling costuming days.
